Level Requirements/Class Requirements: The idea that Tempted was founded on was all levels and all classes would be accepted into the guild. This is the idea that we continue to uphold till this day. You can be any level from level 1-250 and join Tempted! You can also be any class! New or old players!

Do I have to be a veteran?: No way! You can be a fresh new player who just installed the game and join Tempted! We will do our best to help you through your time in Maplestory and hopefully cause you to have a better experience because of it!

Tempted's community: In Tempted we are a family. We always have our arms open to anyone who is interested and willing to join our family but you must be willing to as well. A large group of us talk everyday over Discord and we play other games as well. We ask that anyone who joins the guild to please make friends with everyone and come join our Discord server (if you are able) and be apart of our great community!

What about bossing?: As of right now, the only bosses that Tempted cannot take down is Lotus and Damien. However, this is a work in progress and with every patch we get closer and closer to this goal!
All splits on the runs will be handed out as an on need basis. See below for details.

Helping out newer members: When our teams do their boss runs we always check to make sure that there is no one who needs any equipment that they cannot buy themselves. In the terms of Hard Magnus, if you are in need of a Tyrant cape our members will be more than happy to work with you in obtaining one.

Activity?: We ask that all members are to be active as possible. We are a forever evolving guild and are looking to continue growing and evolving in the future. We ask that members contribute as much as possible to the overall guild point ratings of the guild.

Secondary characters?: Tempted allows each members to have one additional character in the guild. This is to cut down on the abundance of mules and allow other people to join into our community.

How do I join?: Joining Tempted is easy! All it takes is getting in contact with one of our jrs or posting your information below. Pioneer was created on the first day that Chaos was released, June 29th at 12:29 AM PST. Throughout the summer, the guild gradually grew and we all became very close. Pioneer was closed and retired for all intents and purpose after most members returned to school or what have you. This did not mean that we would lose our connection. Despite not playing together in MapleStory; we remained the best of friends. Our plan for Pioneer is to create that very family-oriented guild once more here in Reboot with returning Pioneer members and new members.

Pioneer has played in Chaos, Renegades and Bellocan with enormous success. Each step along the journey we became a stronger group of friends. We lost and gained many along the way; however, if Reboot is any proof, Once a Pioneer, always a Pioneer. Throughout the last week, many members have been reunited who were long thought to be drawn into the shadows.

We are all glad to welcome players who want to be apart of a group that raises everyone up. We want to welcome individuals and gain bonds that will be everlasting.

We are very lenient during when school is in session when it comes to activity. Tempted itself can be very active at times depending on the time of day. More so in the afternoon then at night or early mornings. The guild has 100 people in it with 4 sub-guilds for overflow and mule characters.

Mule characters and sub-guilds?: Since we like to keep everyone in Tempted within Tempted we have created sub-guilds for our members. These sub-guilds are made if we do not have any room in the main guild or if a member wants to keep in contact with us we can add them to a sub-guild. It helps for a person who has multiple mule characters to stay within Tempted and not miss anything!

About Us

DremithCross has been around since late 2008. Due to unforeseeable circumstances with things going on in my personal life at that time, I had to put the guild on hiatus because I could not commit to the time and effort that a guild deserves. However, my life has settled quite a bit and I'm eager to bring back my guild and make it an active family once again. The members of this guild are close-knit, yet welcoming to newcomers. The foundation of this guild is the friendship and personal relationship we have with each other, both in game, and sometimes outside of game via other social networks.

Since I am rebuilding this guild, it is rather small, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. It is easier to get to know people while the guild is small and growing, than it is in a larger guild.

The guild is also a part of the Lucid Alliance with the Versus guild. If we feel that a guild would be a good fit for the alliance, we are open to more alliances.

About the leader (me)

My name is Heidi and I'm a 23 year-old Graphic Design student at a Canadian University. Even though the school year can prove to be busy and overwhelming, I still take care of my guild and its members the best I can. I can be a bit sassy and blunt at times, although I do my best to control it; but better to be honest with someone than to lead them on, yes? The only other guilds I've been in are Valkyrie (before I made this guild), GoldenHawk (has died out), and Chrono. I have recently left Chrono and my Junior status there.

So why did I leave Chrono?
Hands down, I'll admit that Chrono in the past has been one of the best guilds in Scania. However, the leader has pretty much gone on hiatus due to real life priorities (which is fine, real life should take a definite priority), the direction of the guild has shifted and I feel that the initial visionary goal of the guild has been lost. There is a lack of closeness, family and friends, and more of a focus on damage range, mindless grinding, and less than honorable actions going on in secret; of which I would like no part of, nor do I want that reputation under my name. That being said, the guild still has some good people in it.

In regards to bossing

I have had experience with every boss in the game, so I know the general procedures for most bosses. I usually don't do the simpler bosses such as Zakum and Horntail, however if my guildmates find joy in doing so or need something that drops from the boss, then I am more than willing to go with them, as would most of the guild. Bosses that we are able to do are:

Horntail/Chaos Horntail (drops are a possibility once we have enough people)

Hilla/Hard Hilla

The leader of Versus hosts Chaos Pink Bean on the weekends, and everyone is welcome.
We have taken down all Chaos Root Abyss bosses, except for Vellum.
We empress in groups of two, with 3-5 people in each group and will continue to make more groups (so everyone has a group running a few times a week).

-Must be active (or inform me of your hiatus)
-No hacking/scamming/questionable abuse of the game via exploits or what have you

Chrono is the remake of the guild Invincible (both led by Silverstar). With the beginning of Chrono in 2010, we started off very small, but eventually grew into a big guild with people who trained, socialized, and important of all bossed every day.

This is what Chrono used to be, and ever since unleashed patch, things started to go downhill with the overall population in maple declining, people going there own ways, and people becoming more individualistic. That being said, we know every guild is in this current state; therefore, it will require a new approach to keep players interested and adapt to this new maple environment.

However, with the Red patch, it seems to have slightly improved, but not as good as it used to be. So this will call for reorganization.
So for the people who knew Chrono for what it was, it will be improved and that is how we will enter 2014 and continue as one of the leading guilds.
Our focus is to attract players who are decently funded - very funded players that went astray due to unleashed. With reorganizing the guild it will become self sustaining.

Bossing:
As mentioned, Chrono used to do all types of bosses with huge parties, but since this game no longer promotes big boss runs, we will be focusing on how we organize boss runs within the guild.
Even if you still like to solo for the most part, and do other bosses that arent mentioned below (w/ people or not), you guys are still more than welcomed to joined and do what you guys want to as well.

Bossing Concepts
With chaos root abyss, Magnus, Gollux, and Empress remaining as the most profitable bosses, many of us will be focusing mostly on these bosses now. Since these boss runs only allow up to 6 people, the guild will serve as a platform where people can easily make teams and defeat these bosses.

Why is this good?
-Decent funded players can now easily team up with guild members in an instant and take down a boss to make instant profit
-Remove any issues with trying to find people to do these bosses with
-Going with your people in your guild will lead to a team that can eventually go on a scheduled basis, therefore saving time spent on maple.
-Great way to meet new players and friends!

Training:
Training has become more individualistic if you are regular trainer at Golems. However, with Red, more people have started to go back and train at HoH. That being said, the guild will help as a platform to get parties going instantly, and without having to go adding randoms who end up leaving.

Socializing
Socializing is key to this game, it is the backbone. Online socializing is the reason why some players have not quit completely. Even if you dont like to train or boss, we would very much like to invite people who are extroverts, to keep the guild lively.
This being said, drama can easily occur, but will be strictly enforced to make sure nothing goes to far. Even topics like sex, race, politics, are allowed, as long as no one gets hurt, and everyone its all good. Players who instigate, two-faced, and are rude for no reason will be restricted from joining.

Conclusion
We know that Unleashed has left many players stranded, left in guilds that are dead or close to dying. Our goal is to get out of this plague, and establish new grounds and implement our new approach of creating a self sustaining guild that will make your experience better, easier, and a fun one.

No problem, you can still join us on our one party organized boss runs, or training, etc. This is the beginning of something new that not many guilds arent doing, and this is defiantly worth trying. Doesnt hurt to try! Big Grin

The end goal is to have a guild that can create teams within the guild that run on a scheduled basis, and a guild that can still come together when needed for example a new boss run ( that allows more than 6 players to go) or even party quests, quests, and new contents.
