Got a tooth removed.

There's hole there now, it was baby tooth that was left over, I'm missing two adult teeth, I ate the other baby tooth in a hot dog when I was 6. How long does it take for the hole to go away, and has anyone else gotten teeth out?

I got 4 wisdom teeth take out, and there were huge holes. It's been about a year and a half and the holes are almost gone =o.

The hole I have is probably 1/4 what yours were at first. xD It's one of those two at the front, on the bottom half.

The hole will heal up eventually, but you'll have that huge gap until your tooth comes out again. o.O

I've had 3 teeth taken out. I -hate- the grinding sound when they're pulling it. It's like it's inside your head and you can't do anything about it... Urgh just thinking about it makes me... @_@

It's been a very long time since I had baby teeth fall out, but I remember the permanent teeth were starting to grow when the baby teeth fell out. I am not a dentist or anything, (and I might be wrong about this,) but my guess is that the emergence of the permanent teeth is what causes the baby teeth to fall out.

Not really. I had my 2 of my adult canines come in on top of baby ones >_>;

I get my bottom 2 wisdom teeth yanked a week before my school starts up again... but i have no experience with holes in the mouth besides the normal baby teeth falling out ><

My teeth are in so much pain I wish I could get them yanked out, as I'm too poor for braces. :X

No, there's no adult teeth to make it fall out, that's why I got it pulled.

Braces are expensive as hell....

I had them for five years when I turned 8 which sucked, because I still had baby teeth so they didn't do anything.

I got them again recently in November of 2006 and should be getting them off within 3 months at the latest. I hate them with a passion.

Yeah, why oh why can't they be paid by medical insurance. They aren't just for cosmetic purposes :/
