Maple Con Los Angeles 2025 on October 25 is almost here! For those attending in-person, learn about the Early Badge Pickup period that will take place on Friday, October 24, and read on for info on where to park during the event!

Early Badge Pickup

Get a head start on your Maple Con LA 2025 experience! Avoid long lines on event day by picking up your badge early.

• Date & Time: Friday, October 24 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM PDT.
  
• Location: South Gate of Thunder Studios - 20434 S Santa Fe Ave, Long Beach, CA 90810
  

Pickup Details:

• Please bring your photo ID and ticket (QR code or PDF) for check-in.
  
• If you’re picking up badges for others in your order, make sure you have their ID and QR codes ready for scanning.
  
• You’ll need your badge to enter the event. Please keep it safe!
  

If you’ve completed Early Badge Pickup:

• On the event day, simply show your badge at bag check.
  
• You’ll receive your event gift bag before entering the venue.
  

Parking Information

Parking around Thunder Studios is limited, so we highly recommend using rideshare services to the venue’s drop-off area:

• Thunder Studios - 20434 S Santa Fe Ave, Long Beach, CA 90810
  • Drop-off area: South Gate off S Santa Fe Ave
    

Limited parking will be available at the following locations:

• Plenty of street parking nearby
  
• Del Amo Station Lot - 20220 Santa Fe Ave, Compton, CA 90221
  
• Hydroform USA Parking Lot - 2848 E 208th St, Carson, CA 90810
  

Any additional parking locations will be announced on our website before the event. Please keep an eye out for updates!
