Lucas' letter of recommendation

I feel stupid for asking but...what's it for?

i know i have the same problem but it's supposedly a free ticket to vic from maple island. it's bugged and doesn't work tho =(

To get a free ride to Lith Harbor I believe.

it DID work at one point, i remember accidentally using it on one of my noobs before i knew what it was for >.>

[COLOR="Blue"]I recently used it less than a week ago on a Kradian mule...it worked.
However, it didn't work a few days before that.

I don't know if a server check fixed that, or if it fixed itself randomly.

I <think> I did this quest... not sure. If you're referring to the one that takes you to Victoria Island without any cost, then it works (I really dont know what we're talking about here but I see people mentioning free tickets to Lith so Im assuming we're talking about the same thing). I remembered getting annoyed cause I was planning on leveling on Maple Island till 10 before going over but it took me over and I had to kill things in crowded HHG1 maps to get to 10 >_>

If this is the right thing, I think I did the quest a month-1.5 months ago (or perhaps Im thinking of another quest that gives you a free ride to Lith).

There was another revamp of maple island... i didn't check my mules when i brought them over this past patch. But both times where i was on the island, there was a quest to get a free ride to Vic.
