Nexon America announced today that the popular side-scrolling MMORPG MapleStory will be moving into the eSports space with a new tournament, the Maple Invitational. Players will compete for the ultimate Maple glory as they battle in Omok, Match Cards, and other high-stakes mini-games.

The first tournament features two of Nexon’s Community Managers, KThxBaiNao and Miss Murder, in what will surely be an edge-of-your-seat, no-holds-barred battle to be the ultimate MapleStory eSports Champion! Check out the highlights of the pre-fight press conference here!
