can't connect to nexon.net

i'd like some help assessing the problem i have, i'm unable to connect to nexon.net, as in i get a "This webpage is not available ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" every time i try, same for maplestory.nexon.net. trying to log in on the game gives me an error too. now the odd thing is that i CAN visit the dragonnest.nexon.net site, but if i try to log in from there i also get the aforementioned error, any idea what the hell could be causing this?

last time i connected to the game was after the patch that allowed chars to be moved around in the char selection screen, and here's a tracert of both the DN site and the maple one if it's any help

Can you access http://208.85.109.101/? (That's the IP for MapleStory's site).

If you can, have you tried ipconfig /flushdns?

The reason why you can access the Dragon Nest site is because it's currently not under the same stack of IPs that all of Nexon's other websites are located.

Nexon did some network changes today (7/16 6AM - 10AM PDT) and that might've had an impact.
