The first line says 8% damage against monsters with Stun, Freeze, Blind, etc.

My job is Hero, thats the reason that I've kept my inner ability like that so far, but having 65k honor makes it very tempting to attempt to reach legendary.

Both me and a friend made it to legendary with roughly 30k honor. In my case It was on a phantom that I use for gollux and commerci so i suppose its possible to accomplish legendary with that amount...

Before settling with that inner ability iI had already spent 70k honor so that'd make a total of 135k out of the 300k you suggest

could you suggest what should I try to get among unique?

Up to 32% buff, 15% crit, and drop rate are the main ones. 8% TD isn't gonna help much.
