I'm sure some of you are tired of the same old Olivia event every year. I know I am.
I thought of a way to bring back the old Haunted House storyline, while incorporating the new monsters and bringing back some old monsters. So here is my version of the revamped storyline.
The HH is now a higher level theme dungeon. The old Olivia storyline is removed, and even lampshaded at one point when you ask Edmunds the butler what happened, and he gives an explanation (later mentioned). The new storyline brings back the zombies that wore pumpkins on their heads, and those old flying books.

Quest line
First, the storyline starts how it used to, where Old Man Tom tries to keep you away from the house, and that you aren't able to enter without a costume anyway. Lucky for you, there's an NPC selling Cash Shop boxes for mesos that expire after 1 day (the original required you buying a CS outfit). Buying one and wearing it will allow you to enter the house. When you first enter, you will run into Edmunds the butler. You will ask what happened to the Steward from last year and the Olivia situation. Edmunds will explain that they were ghosts who were a rival toy company that wanted to ruin Jonas's toy shop, so they tried to pass Olivia off as one of Jonas's daughters and slander his good name. When you mention that Edmunds looks like the Steward, he says "Nonsense! I'm much more good-looking than him!" He will then ask you to kill 200 Glutton Ghouls of either kind, flying or hovering. Then, he will request that you clear out the chimney by killing 100 Rotting Skeletons, Dead Scarecrows, and Twisted Jesters. He will then tell you to collect 20 of each color Gummy Slime, which were stolen by Glutton Ghouls , Rotting Skeletons, Dead Scarecrows, and Twisted Jesters.
Once you finish there, the Maid will contact you via lightbulb, thinking you're an exterminator. You deny this, but she rejects your denial by saying she saw you kill those monsters in the chimney, and drags you into the basement. The Maid and Witch Malady are currently there investigating. Witch Malady will ask you to collect 50 Zombie Cell Samples from the Unripe Zompkins. She will then ask for 50 Pumpkin Pieces from the Ripe Zompkins. Then, the Maid will ask you to kill 150 Sophisticated Gentledeads, who have been disrupting everything in the house. Then, she will reveal to you that she was bitten by a zombie, and needs a vaccine from Emperor Zombora.
After you retrieve it, Edmunds contacts you again, asking you to collect 50 Burnt Rockers from Nightmares to use as firewood. He then tells you that Ludmilla probably needs help, and to help her before she drives him insane. Find Ludmilla in the Vanity Room, and she asks you to collect 10 Cherry Pies that Nightmares stole, since she said the chef was nowhere to be found. Next, she tells you to retrieve the earrings that "Sophilia" stole from her (the dolls). Afterwards, she gives you Sophilia's First Doll. Then, you will have to find Sophilia and give her the doll.
Now, you will have to find Jonas and help him repair the Toy Machine. He needs 25 Burnt Rockers, 25 Loaded Springs from Psycho Jacks, and 50 Quality Screws from either monster. Next, Jonas wants to make a doll in Sophilia's likeness. Gather 30 Locks of Doll Hair from the Sophilia Dolls, 10 Sewing Pins from Voodoos, and 10 Buttons from Hoodoos. Once you make the doll, Sophilia will contact you via lightbulb, and give you her old doll in exchange for the new one. Once you give the old doll to Jonas, he comes to his senses, and realizes the horrible toys produced by his machine. Now, he asks you to kill 50 Nightmares, Sophilia Dolls, Psycho Jacks, Voodoos, and Hoodoos. He will give you the Toy Workshop Key and the Toymaker Gear (higher level versions). Give the Toy Workshop Key to Old Man Tom at town, who will reveal that he's Jonas's younger brother.
Old Man Tom also has one last request, he can't sleep well knowing that the ghost of the chef is appearing in the mirrors. He tells you that in each vanity room, there is a mirror with a ghost inside. You have to click on each mirror (4 total), which will take you to a strange realm with another mirror inside, and you must destroy it. Don't worry, it won't stand there like a punching bag, the ghost will fight back! When you head to "Hallway - This Again?", you will see an upside down pumpkin on the stairs. You go near it, and it sucks you into a huge pumpkin-shaped room! You will see two mirrors ready for destroying, and as you try to enter them, they send you back and forth from the middle to the bottom of the map. It seems there's no ghost in either of them, so you decide to head back. Afterward, talk to Old Man Tom and you will receive the "Fearless" medal.
Now, there are two new quests, one from Old Man Tom and one from Agent Falcon. First, I'll go into Old Man Tom's quest. After you destroy all the mirrors in the house and head back to Old Man Tom, you ask him about that room, and he tells you that long ago, before Sophilia's death, Jonas had that room as a special toy room, where kids could destroy boxes and get prizes such as Heartstoppers and Gummy Slimes and such, but they had to be careful, because there were some trick boxes that would explode and send some of the kids flying out of the house, unharmed of course. In order to make said boxes appear, you would have to hit the Snail figure to summon the boxes. You decide to check it out, and what do you know, he was right. You enter the map and you attack the snail, summoning the boxes. You discover that the chests contain many different candies and goodies, and when you attack one of the exploding boxes, it explodes and blasts you right out of the house. Old Man Tom takes notice of this, and says that he warned you.

Agent Falcon asks for you to retrieve the stolen Paranormal Activity Report Pages on "Mr. Bones" from the Flying Books, which are party play monsters (with similar stats to the Scarlet Phoenix + Azure Ocelot in the 130+ CWK theme dungeon). Then, he will reveal that Mr. Bones is actually Jonas, and will ask you to bring the questionnaire to him. Jonas fills it out, and you return it to Agent Falcon.
