Freud Ring week 3 reward eats up 8-chair bags

The reward for week 3 of the Sylph Ring event includes an 8-chair bag.
Apparently, if you already had an 8-chair bag in use, it gets closed and all chairs in it are lost.

I don't know whether the same happens to 8-title holders.


Note that this is the weekly reward, not the daily one. The daily one is just the stone, and that is safe.

wow the chair bags have been fail since release. never having full function of chair due to no hotkey only being able to have one bag etc

never used or opened one, since i don't have enough to fill my inventory

As far as I know it's just the 8-chair bags.
However, we have all week (or maybe until the end of the event?) to turn that quest in. I would wait to see whether Nexon addresses this issue, before risking my stuff.

Thank you for letting us know. I've passed this onto my friends and alliance. A similar thing happens if you have a (full?) 4 or 8 slot bag and you upgrade a bag using Alchemy. Even if you had an extra bag in your inventory, it would still use up the opened bag and you would lose all of your ores/herbs.

It is only the 8 slot bag. I removed the chairs from my 12 slot one just in case they were going to disappear. But as you can see it's still there.
