Pokken Tournament announced

I just hope it's something to do with the main games, and not a spin-off game like Pokemon Rumble or Pokemon Ranger, etc.

As far as guessing what it could be goes... There's so many things it could be, I don't think that I could. I'll just sit here patiently waiting...

It's been hinted this might be a detective sort of game, and/or Pikachu to be heavily involved.

It's been rumored for AGES now, almost a year. Even Serebii reported on this.

At the very least, I am sure this isn't a main game. 99% likely it's a non-sequel game, if the announcement is even about a game.

I do remember reading something about it a few months/weeks (I don't remember, time flies) ago on Serebii about the Pikachu-focused game, but I figured that news would have been out by now. I just haven't kept up too well with Pokemon news lately.

Another idea I quite like is releasing old pokemon games (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Leafgreen, Firered, Soul Silver, Heart Gold, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Black, White and their sequels) on the E-shop for both Wii U and 3DS, and allowing them to sync up directly to Pokemon Bank. Though I don't know how possible that would be. As well as maybe some changed features.

I think that if it is indeed a Pikachu Detective game, it will be Pokemon Snap with a twist which would require pikachu to go undercover and take pictures of pokemon to solve some mystery about a powerful evil pokemon (Gengar?, Hydreigon?, OR better yet, Hoopa?) that is controlling other pokemon and forcing them to do it's bidding so it can summon (Yveltal/Darkrai/Giratina) to end existance or something along those lines. maybe...
