Can't level up guild skills

I am the leader of a level 11 guild in MYCK.
When I click "Level Up Skill" to assign SP to any guild skill, all that happens is that the skill icon unhighlights. The points do not get assigned.

Have you tried playing in larger resolution/full screen? I can't get the confirmation window to pop when playing in 800x640 windowed, but it does come up when I switch to 1366 x 768 fullscreen. Not sure which one it is; haven't tested it extensively.

Like above, that's what I did to fix the issue. Some kind of issue with 800x600 windowed that doesn't allow it to work. I haven't tested in other resolutions in windowed mode though.
