Trouble logging in :[

I tried logging in multiple times from the gamelauncher, steam, chrome, firefox, and IE. I can't
even get into the website. Apparently when i'm not on wifi I can get in though with my phone but it
goes beserk after i go on wifi again. Anybody have a solution for this?

Do you have the error code that popped up? Or was there no error code at all? Any more details could help. If you can't even get to the site it sounds like you are being blocked.
