To clarify, I'm more willing to buy the items if they are wearable by all classes and is completely tradeable, so I don't have to waste money getting more than one set of Decent Skill gear for my characters.

Aww, that sucks. Don't want to have to spend scissors every time. However, letting me know the other Decent Skills can be obtained through Nebulites is great.

There are no AB/SI nebs, as they are considered [S] ranked, and those nebs do not exist. What the previous poster meant, is that you can buy Decent HB and Decent SE nebs, and fuse them with tradeable gear.

AB/SI can be obtained only by cubing a legendary level 120+ piece of equipment (Hat for AB, Glove for SI). I haven't seen a completely tradeable equip at that lvl before.

Welp, that's just horribly expensive for a tiny bit more damage and HP/attack speed.

Maybe if I can get to the point where I can farm Sweetwater gear I'll consider the Legendary capable Decent Skill items. For now, all I'm looking to buy now is a CO beginner shoes.

Are you sure you even want decent CO though? I think Joe calculated it out to being an extremely minimal boost to any class overall (like, less than 2 or even 1% damage boost) and wasn't even worth looking at. Do you need it to increase the duration of a skill or something? Honestly the only two/three decent skills worth getting IMO are SI, SE, and maybe AB. SI being far superior to the rest.

Decent CO, while being minimal, is also BY FAR the cheapest decent skill item to get though. Just get a 100% tier up shoe for your class, FM value of less than 400m at rare(?), and then legendary tier is 1 free epic pot (if coin shop exists) and 2 cubes you can make or pay someone to get for <100-130m total. Plus it's fully tradeable and does benefit every character. At that point, why not get it?

I guess, if it's within his budget he may as well, it's even cheaper if he has access to a bunch of red coins for free meister cubes.
