Can secondary weapons get %BOSS in GMS

I heard that it wasn't possible to get %BOSS on Kaiser emblems at launch, does anyone know if it's possible to get %BOSS damage on a lv100 cygnus knight secondary?

Why is that a question that needs asking? Shields and secondary weapons get weapon potential. That's it. Anything a weapon can get, a shield/secondary can get.

Sorry it's just that I had heard that the kaiser secondary weapons couldn't get boss but could get other weapon potentials when they were first launched, which was why I wanted to clarify before blowing money on cubes.

Wrong. Kaiser's Emblem, AB's Emblem, and Xenon's Heart are all "emblems" which aren't the secondary. They're tertiary.
In GMS, emblems can get every weapon potential except for Boss% iirc.
