Isn't this the same in gms? But if you relog/cc you revert back to 120. The 10%+ from leveling breaks the cap iirc?

I bet this was a mistake they made while trying to get the Hardcore mode ready, because in the hardcore mode you're probably going to have to level to 200, so they've probably done this by mistake.
