Pirate can't use 2nd job skill points on job advance

Problem:
Upon job advancing to 2nd job as a Pirate (in this case, Brawler) I get an error saying that I can't allocate 2nd job points because I haven't used up my 1st job points, which is false.

Also, the quest to job advance mentions that Brawlers use Tornado Uppercut & Dark Clarity, however, the Brawler class does not have those skill yet.

My Outlaw has the same problem. I couldn't put any of my 3rd job points into 3rd job skills. I dumped them into 1st job skills to see if it made any difference, it didn't. I sure hope I get a SP reset in the next update as I have about 80 points in 1st job. lol

This problem carries over all the way into 4th job. After the recent patch, my corsair gets an error when I try placing points into 4th job skills, saying that I'm missing 1st/2nd/3rd job points. It's lvl 160 and already has all but 5 of the 4th job SP already allocated.

In other pirate-y glitches, booster can no longer be used while on ship.
