I'm just shocked at how few auctions there are now

Did something reduce it's popularity?

MTS maybe?
I don't really check the site often, only when I need to buy/sell something.

Basil is helpful in finding items from time to time...
but that's it :p

I use it to find clean overalls, but that's all the use I really get out of it.

I use basil for making money. Buy cheap there, then resell for more in fm, haha. That and looking at the noob threads there always entertain me for some reason.

Oh, and if you want your videos to get a tonne of views (5-10k), then just stick it on Basil and hope it gets approved to the front page. Then you'll have a lot of noobs who have no idea what they're talking about comment and watch it! (lol @ viewboosting)

over two years ago I did use basil to sell and buy because it was cheap because I could never buy nx. But then Im guessing with the advent of mts, any other forum of sellinghas been made redundant really.

Unless I want a pair of tobi's that place is worthless.

And I dont need tobi's.

I use the wishlist there, only go there to laugh at people asking what their base dex should be, etc.

Course, you should just set up a wishlist with stuff worth something; BWG, SCG, Maple shields, PAC, weapon of choice, scrolls. That's what I do, anyway.

I never find what I need at Basil so I stopped going after the 5th visit <_<

I heard they had issues with the system, that might have done something.

I stopped going there after it required you to sign up to view anything.

except i never have the funds to go for the decent stuff xD

However, Basil is usually cheaper than the usually over priced FM stores

I go on there to look at stuff from time to time. Mainly claws as everything else is pretty much empty.
