garnet heart / other heart recipe.
it no req 1 time do / 1 days

if i use it . i can keep do the heart ?
or 1 days / 1 time ?

the recipe only requirements smithing lv10

I'll try though:

Heart recipe is permanent when used.
You need to have max level smithng to use certain recipes.
A heart last for 3 weeks when crafted, 2 weeks if your MS version is not up to date with KMS/GMS.

Yes, once you use the recipe, you can keep making hearts forever.
