Beginner's Shopping Guide

For some reason, I can't buy it in the Cash Shop. It tells me to choose one of the three payment options or something around those lines, yet I can't. No way I can complete the quest this way. :| Anyone else having problems with it?

I don't think Nexon has fixed this glitch yet. So, yeah, you can't buy it. Yet.

Nexon has already addressed this glitch, so most likely it'll be fixed this patch.

The 1 meso quest items in the Cash Shop will be addressed in the next patch. The Captain Latanica bug will be fixed soon.
