[b]Okay, an issue seems to be what constitutes a "legitimate" character. This is currently what I consider illegitimate:

1. Hacking/Botting
2. Partying/Leeching with a hacker (while they are hacking)
3. Hacking on a different character to fund your "legit" character

If anyone has ever used hacks on your character that gives you an unfair advantage over other players, that character is disqualified from this list.

If you have been Permanently Banned from the rankings on nexon.net, you are disqualified from the list.

Yeah I remember when Bellocan and Mardia came out the beginners there leveled extremely fast but now its back to the original Khaini speed in Kradia.

Honestly, Yellonde is a GMS server. Scania has probably had more than 3 weeks of 2x events in total so how Yellonde isn't legit is beyond me.

Also, as for LightWepon - He's a leecher.

What non-legit beginners? I haven't heard of a hacking method getting under Nexon's radar and allowing hackers to come back. :/
