Is there any way to get Dry Treats now? They're not in the Edelstein shops anymore...

Other than buying from other players who may have bought Dry Treats, it doesn't look like the quest is possible to complete anymore. I've checked other shops with no such luck.
This is also a problem for a newer quest, "Exchanging Greetings with Mar"... |
