GMS Server Status Discussion - < 2011-09-28

This is the official thread to discuss the current status of the servers, channels and general Nexon connectivity.

Code:

Red Blinking = All logins down, or master login down.
Red = More than 50% of the normal channels are down but logins are fine.
Yellow = Less than 50% of channels are down and logins are fine.
Green = All good.

if it's not thread derailing, may i ask eos, what do you think of this program after we revolted and QQ'd asked for it, and has been seen at work

The interest in it is surprising, but I doubt it would've gotten this popular had there not been a massive outage immediately after the release of it.

This always seems to happen. Right when it's most convenient the world goes on hold and gives SP it's day to shine. First it was with big bang boosting our traffic to insane levels ever since, and now this.

@ above: Look at the "most users ever online" stat. It was at 800 or so last week iirc.

I'm going to put it at around 20 new members, and a new user record of 1.3k

well, the whole purpose of it was precisely, to show when outages and the such occurred, the fact that this happened less than a day later is just a coincidence, and it would have gotten popular as soon as the first crash would have happened, even if it was a few weeks after or something.

but for some reason, i can't stop feeling that we jinxed it...

The server status button stopped flashing ominously, so I guess it's fixed?
And I just shut off my computer expecting them to take 2 hours to fix it.
