Thinking of Coming Back
#1
Since FlowsionMS has closed and I'm bored. I figured that I'd come back to GMS and see if anyone from Scania is still playing. I have absolutely no idea what character to start playing. The rates are pretty different compared to what I'm used to and I have quite a few characters to choose from.

-Leathermouth - Level 75 Ranger
-LightSpiral - 4X light/ice mage
-Deejayn - level 21 beginner

Those are the characters I would be remotely interested in playing again...at least until Pirates come out...which wont be until November 15th (most likely).

Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Smile

Play your Ranger. You will get more money out of him to fund your pirate Biggrin.

Considering you probably haven't played in GMS for a long time, just play your ranger.
Think of it this way:

You remove yourself from life, to come back x years later. You'd be living in a generation you won't know, and the people you originally knew would be pretty old, if you left too far back.

Thus, your ranger, being the highest level, would be best.
Otherwise, if you play on the other two chars, you may be too far behind and won't be able to do anything with the people you formerly knew.

I'm leaning toward the ice/light for some reason. Idk why, the ranger bores me at that level.

Then become an ice/light. It really boils down to your choice.

I don't know why but I suck at choices. I'm checking out my old accounts and now I'm leaning a bit towards my first ever character, Megas92, which is a fire/poison. I really dont know X_X.

I would personally lean towards weaker characters, itll be alot less painful of a transition back to 1x experience that way. I also find you make alot more friends in your early levels (from PQ and picking out certain indivudiuals from noob-fest guilds) so it might be better off that way.

Then again, a ranger would certainly be a nice choice if you already have a base of friends, and arent detrimented by the switch in exp rates and training speeds.

All my friends I once knew, are gone. They've either quit for the school year, or entirely. There's not much I can do...

Define 'quit'. Valerie basically did quit though. She's sickened of the Maple community, and she's really busy with school. She'll be back Christmas or so though. As for me, I'm way too busy to be playing, I work 25+ hours a week, and if I'm not working, I'm at college in classes, or studying or whatever. Sometimes hanging out with my pals irl.

I'll be back around Thanksgiving to visit, and definitely Christmas. Don't worry too much, Harry.

If all your friends are gone, play LightSpiral. You make more friends IMO in your lower levels, and friends made there tend to stay with you more often.

Whichever char you decide to play, you can add me =P XxColyoxX, Colyo and/or SirColyo, I can hook you up with some friends ^^

dont play ranger, theyre starting to turn into sins >.< their gear is getting more high priced everyday. play a pirate or make a paladin/hero >.<and anyways, unless you have a bunch of friends that boss alot, having SE is useless.
