Chat window: "problem?"

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
- Open chat window;
- Enter CS (dunno if it works with MTS);
- Exit CS;
- Try to open chat window.

Edit: relogging solves this problem, whereas repeating the procedure makes the chat window simply disappear
