How do you prepare?

Anybody here besides me have little quirks before they sit down for a double EXP grind session [in today's case, 4x EXP for some]?

I go wash my face and hands, and grab a glass of Coca-Cola and make a deli sandwich.

Not really o.o I usually try not to make to much of a big deal out of it. Grinding is overrated :p

I usually take a nap before 2x lol. Sleeping has always been a nice rejuvinating thing for me =D

I usually eat well, drink some Pepsi, and take a quick bath, since here in Puerto Rico it gets hot during the day.

Unfortunately, I'm not grinding 4x EXP today because the 2x EXP event is during my work hours, so I won't be at home. Meh...

I find a map early, pot up, get both my computers ready, one stocked up on pots the other battle ready for a grinding session. I try to get a party sorted out for the time slot, if not then I solo or leech my other characters at hafs using my bishop.

I allmost never grind anymore but when I did the 12hr 4x once I just clear out my whole ETC and fill my whole maxed out USE slots with pots. And yeah made sure I had a map a few hours before it started.

[SIZE="1"]If I'm grinding I run up Rite-Aid to get myself a 2x card and then um... my fire maginess kicks in, and usually I solo. <_< Old habits die hard, I guess. Haha, [/SIZE]

Wake up VERY VERY VERY early, to get a map or a party. Usually works. So hard to find now since so much people train at newties/skeles now >.<.

Wake up early, get my map and have my buff mules ready. Then I get all my food done and eat while I train. =)

I'd usually get the map a couple hours early. But sleep since usually grinding makes me sleepy before lulz. But I'm not the super grinder where I have to have things perfect.

Used to stock up my workspace with food, drinks, the works.
Stock up on pots, and just.. grind awayy..

But i usually never had to patience & endurance to last more than an hour. xD

Well I don't have 2x xp but when I grind...

I load up on pots (lots) and grind for a good hour or 3

I take a nap before 2x, then grab myself something to drink.

I usually sleep until 30? minutes before 2x. (I'm incredibly lazy D: ) Then I repot, find a map, and help train some lower level guildies at harps.

I flip a coin. Heads means there's 2x exp, tails means that Nexon forgot about it. If its heads, I'll get on and try finding a map. If tails, I just forget about it and go back to reading manga.

My method might be faulty. The chances of nexon forgetting to put in 2x exp is closer to 80% than it is to 50, rofl

I usually work 4 hour shifts at work, so I imagine myself working o-o.

I get a 15 minute break in between at work, so I use that to go to the bathroom, get some eats and drinks, and whatnot.

Besides that, I get my MP3 player out, TV on, and get comfortable for the ride.

I grind like a robot lol (when I do grind)

Nope. I just sit down and get ready for some good grinding.

Umm sometimes I will have a glass of Perrier or San Pellegrino. That's really it.

Well considering I've been grinding my ass off lately to catch up to my guild, my eight hours of 2x generally starts with a sandwich, two glasses of Arizona Iced Tea, my cell phone in reach in case my girlfriend calls, ventrilo open, and a long play list. It all adds up to a good session...if I don't fall asleep.
