Dispel anything you though about IE. It's not lolIE anymore, as it now has GPU acceleration and rivals chrome in speed, and uses way less memory than both Chrome and firefox. And finally complies with webstandards, and is the most HTML5 complient browser. And this is just Beta 1. Don't believe me?

Do want. Where do I sign up? :p
p.s. IE's been pomegranatety for me lately; it tends to take forever to load at times.

This've completely changed my impression of IE being laggy, huge ass memory consumption, slow, crashes.. etc!

The link on the first post, or Microsoft.com should work.

Sounds like fun. When Opera supports HTML5 completely I'm gonna test both and see what it's like.

Just rebooted so as to test IE9 Beta, and I love it. The scrolling feels good, the load times are short...
Only gripe I have is that I can't highlight the text and change the font/bold the text/center the text/etc. by clicking the buttons any more - I have to do it manually. =.=

The only downside to this is that most hackers/crackers/etc will attempt to break into this browser. That's the main reason IE won't be able to impress that much. Even if it is the best browser around it'll always get massive attacked.

and you know why hackers/crackers always attempt to break IE, because it's still the most used web browser in the world.
Nonetheless, I loved the new IE9, run so fast and smooth, it open as fast as google chrome, you can turn off whatever you want, it open web pages pretty fast, no lag watching youtube videos, i didnt notice any lose of my computer performance with 10 tab open + watching youtube video, It is fully integrated to win7, i draged facebook page to my toolbar, and it made a shortcut, where i could access new feeds, photos, etc, like the live messenger layout.
The only downside of the IE9, is the small address bar.

I know, I tried it, it's pretty baller, but it's still a nice prey for most hackers/crackers.

So is Windows, but has that stopped Windows from becoming successful? No. Besides, if you browse with common sense, you shouldn't run into problems.
