Insanely short, but insanely helpful.
So, since Nexon came out with their new system of earning free nx cash, many of you guys started to fill them out. However, to many of your guy's frustration, they often do not credit. Perhaps you'd get one to credit, but you'll never finish it. Well, this is a short guide to filling them out.
This is a short video on filling out offers from another referral website.

1. CLEAR ALL COOKIES BEFORE YOU DO EVERY OFFER! IMPORTANT! I'd recommend you getting 2 browsers, one for your main stuff and crap, and the other browser (usually Internet Explorer) for filling out these offers.
2. Log in to the Maplestory website.
3. Hover over "Cash Shop" on the toolbar at the top, and click "Charge NX."
4. Click the big blue button that says "Earn free nx."
5. Click the Free Filter by categories.
6. Browse through the offers. Pick ones that say "NX Credit awarded when you register with accurate personal information and confirm your email address. Offer reports on a 15 minute delay." Avoid Credit Card offers. Also, you can fake your age and personal information.
7. Click on an interesting offer. I'd start with the low nx offers first, as they're easy.
8. Enter valid information. They do not have to be YOUR information, but they do have to be valid. Google is your friend.
9. When you see "email," Google "temporary email" and set up an email account. Try not to use the first couple of providers, as they're usually blocked from these sites.

If you hit a page such as
Hit "no," on all of the information, except for maybe 1-2.
Hit "no" or "skip" or "no thank you" on all subsequent advertisements.
Let the pages load fully.
You can only use one email per COMPANY. So to be on the safe side, one email per every offer.
When you finished filling it out, leave the page up until you get credited. You can find out if you're credited on the "View Offer Status" on the Nexon offer page.
If the offer doesn't credit after 15 so minutes, then the offer is dead. Just give it up.
Clear cookies after filling out every offer credits, successful or unsuccessful.
On some offers, you may see a Silver/Gold/Platinum Wall.
Be sure to click on the amount of links that's displayed on the page. Then proceed to the next page.
Some offers will NOT credit you if you didn't click on the X amount of links.
Be sure to keep those tabs opened along with the final page until you've been credited.

Hit back, then try to get onto the page again. Keep on doing it for roughly ten times. If it doesn't work, well then, sorry dude. Waiting a couple of minutes might help, too.

Yes, and faster than other websites. I took at least a week to get $10 nx. I just spent 30 minutes and I already for $4.

3. Put in an temporary email inside there, easily provided from Googling "temporary email" and clicking one of the links, and then making an email there.
4. Insert the email.
