Question about EMS

If you download ems in europe but you go back to Canada could you still play it there?

As long as you signed up while you were in Europe, or before the IP block, you can. Which means, you may or not be able to.

[COLOR="Indigo"]They way I understand it, you need to be IN Europe (or a country that Nexon considers near enough to Europe to also allow access to EMS) in order to play EMS.

You may be able to access it from outside Europe via a proxy server, but that generally means dealing with intolerable lag.
