Pirate pioneers!

Okay So I thoght i'd be nice to see who here is gonna be one of the ..sort of hmm.. I'm not really sure how to explain it but I think I can get the idea across so ya erm...like who here is planning on being one of the MAJOR big time all time pirate peeps , ya know not the no.1 ranked thats reserved for people who have..."alot of free time" ( trying not to be rude to those who wanna get to no.1 ) I'd personaly pull my hair out before getting there

anyways its sort of the peeps who have been ( me included ) looking at pirates since day 1, makin skill builds,ap builds,planning WAY ahead
have been gathering funds for months and well yeah .. gonna be sort of the know it alls on pirates

I used the term "pioneers" because Its like ... ya know going into unknown territory and fighting your way up to clear the path for everyone else

I personaly See pirates as somthin special for me because
I've played them and (infighters..yes i know gunslingers are there too I just like infighters ) they fit me like a glove

2.Its a chance for me to get back up their with the rest ( every time I got really HIGH up somthin screwed me over X_x ...got to be richest in broa for 2 weeks then I got hacked )..long storys anyways none of that matters

3.I wanna help people in this forum and in MS to try as much as I can to Keep the pirate name as far away from the Sin Rep as possible

and on another note I'm not some attention whore or anything I just wanna start being active alot on the forum and I really DO wanna help peeps ..
NOT gonna start showing off equips and things like that.. Anyways
What do you guys think? I planed on makin a Pirate Damage range thread durring the actual release patch and just hmm..Idk..I hope you can get the idea here

Well, I help a lot of people with Bandits. I get PMed quite a lot at BasilMarket by people asking me where to train a Bandit, Chief Bandit skills, buying stuff, etc.

It'll probably be the same for me with the Pirate class. I haven't played a Pirate yet, but I'm guessing that playing a Chief Bandit will help me out (a lot of attacks and short attacking range).

Also, isn't everyone that makes a Pirate the day they come out a pioneer? I think the word you're looking for is expert, not pioneer.

hmm yes Expert seems to fit MUCH better so ermm Expert peeps o.o
and ermm I think i'm as close ranged as it gets
my main high lvls are a CB and a DK in global and 1 slot for my beginner/infighter

I know almost all their is to know , OTHER then math related since I suck at math xD

I'm keeping mine at level 10 to get the full experience of a infighter T_T

Also keeping mine at level 10, you can't really call yourself a pioneer if your gonna start from level 29, cause you're missing the experience of getting him/her up to 30, Im hoping 70 by the first week.

I re-started merchanting when I heard about A new class in KMS
and so far I'm upto 35B ( I used ALOT of money on my DK Around 50B )

so erm ya ..trying to keep with makin money but latley I can't find any Decent Soul Spears 88Clean ( my main income ) so I got nothin to scroll f4

I'd do this on another forum like basil or SW ( got nothing against them )
but I prefer SP and sometimes in other forums I feal like i'm bashing my head against the wall...and besides SP seams to be ALOT more mature then other forums..hopefully it'll stay that way as it progresses and gets bigger

Well im planning on being lvl70 the first day ^.^ ill take a screeenie of ranks and all heres my plan!

1.Got pirate to lvl10
2.Exchange quest to 30
3.cpq+2xexp 30-51
4.51-70(either get bishop to train me or 4 4hour exps's
5.70-120(train train train! allday everyday noon to night!

Who thinks they will pass me

I think you're already a pioneer if you hit 95 on KMS, grats on that btw, training, im not sure yet, but my goal is 70 on week one, BUT THIS ALL DEPENDS WHEATHER I GOT SCHOOL OR NOT.

your going to fail for a few reasons ( i'm not against you, just trying to get your feet on the ground )

1.PQ = packed
2.You'd better get your Zteeth FAST
3.even with a bishop you wouldn't get THAT high exp
4.alot of people will pass you my friend has near perfect equips * even 15dex Facestompers *
you'd get KSed from certain training spots
and ermm yah..its gonna be REALLY hard and for sure someones gonna pass you..I know people with enogh z-teeth to get to 6X

but really whats the point in 70 on day one? O_o..you'd just exhaust yourself and you might lose the "fun factor" that made you wanna grind in the first place

theres like...gaurenteed in an average school week your gonna have atleast 12 classes off ( around 2 a day ) just cause the teacher didn't make it ( no such thing as subs here ) (gawd i miss cali..okay getting off topic here xD )

btw care to share some trainin places? i'm kinda old school been playin since beta I'm used to doin 20-30 on wild boars, 30-35 teddys and ya know..the classic trainin places + I've been in FM for well over a year so please share with me your trainin spots )

You got to 95 on pirate on kMS? Or kMST? o_O.. If it's kMS, which server do you play on?

Also I'm not really sure if I understood the point of this thread, but I guess I'd be considered a pioneer on my Valkyrie? lol.. Or do you mean people who are starting on gMS when it comes out?

It will be difficult in the beginning but as time goes by, some people won't be able to continue or will just give up at a certain point. That is when I'll probably make my move. Besides, the real competition starts 140+. Then again, I've heard it was a difficult class to level... Who knows what will happen? =d

I don't really see why you wouldn't want to say what server you're on.. Seems a bit strange that you'd get to level 95 on a pirate on kMS and yet you're a total mystery to the rest of the kMS English community (besides the fact that you had a level 21 character on Culverin).. Unless I had it wrong and you're a different class? Just wondering.

Things Done:

• Lvl 10 Beginner
  
• Exchange Quest Items- Enough till lvl 30
  
• Full Equips- Besides Zhelm, and Gun
  
• Have Skill Build and Training Spots all planned out
  

Things Needed to Be Done:

• Still saving up NX for HP wash
  
• Saving up more money to support me

1. Do I plan to be 70 in the first week? Not Really, But I may achieve it.
   
2. Do I care for Ranks? No, never did.
   
3. Why am I not making my beginner lvl 29? Because I'm being a Gunslinger, and don't want to lose any HP, seeing that I will need to HP wash to be able to survive HornTail and such.
   
4. What lvl do I plan to be the first day? 50+
   
5. How many 2x cards will I be using? Minimum 2. Max, 4.
   
6. Why do I plan to be a Gunslinger? Because I don't care about damage, I just like the class. Games are for fun, not stress. I rather like the class I'm playing instead of worrying about damage. That's why I became a Shadower.

I don't plan on being a "big-time" Pirate. My Gunslinger will be my secondary character for when I'm bored of my Bishop (which happens often ). It took me a long time to train my Bishop to level 140, I don't intend on doing that again with a Pirate.

And o_O @ 35B. It must be annoying spreading that across several characters.

I'm making a gunslinger, and I've already got a beginner to lvl 10 and that's it. I'm going to train all the way with no leeching or EQing, because part of experiencing the pirates is actually getting them to a high level, and frankly skipping it just to be at the top or to be a high lvl is stupid in my opinion

I have stopped responding to PMs on Basil. Id get 20~30 daily and Id respond to them all, just to have a bunch more the next day

Ive been looking up Pirates since January. My build on basil was originally posted on April 15th well before anyone even heard about them, and I kept getting PMs about posting false info, there were no such things as Pirates etc etc

I mean yea, I enjoy helping people out and everything, but it gets tedious.....especially with idiots spamming the Pirate section with crap it doesnt need

Im gonna have to say ss or it didnt happen about the Lvl 95. From what I can tell, English / USA players in KMS are a tight knit group...so somebody somewhere has to know you play'd

Off Topic: TS, your excessive use of "ermm yea" irritates me. Just a side note

I am a gunslinger expert who has played (with language issues) in KMS as a gunslinger, and have read countless guides on all the forums. Currently, I'm scrolling common equips for mp and dex =D cos pirate have more mp than warrior (not saying much) but more hp than bandit (better)
