How long has this been here? (See spacebar on key settings)

I don't remember seeing it last patch (But I don't check keys often... I don't use the space bar much either.)

..I haven't noticed that either. I'm too lazy to go on maple, mind telling me what it does?

It's been there since .56. It lets you talk to NPCs without clicking on them. You can also do Y/N for questions and hit enter to go on. No need to use the mouse anymore.

I knew about the NPC chat but I never used it. On another note, you can use Y/N to answer yes and no now? Does it work that way for "accept/decline" in the same way?

yep. You can also use the arrow keys to select when it gives you text options (Like, "Sure, I'll help you!" or "Screw off old hag")

The NPC chat is very nifty, when I switched back and forth between GMS and KMS there were two features I often missed: One was Jump Down, and the other was NPC chat.

I'm surprised we didn't get the Jump Down feature in .56, we got a ton of other UI updates, so why not one of the most useful ones? <_<

Yeah, it seems like they should have added it, seeing as we can't jump when holding down anymore.

I'm always using NPC chat & you can use it as 'auto clicker' for party quest NPCs, lol.

I only used it once, lol. I'm used to using the mouse. >_>;

I think it's just the chatting/moving between text options that's new. I'm pretty sure you could do y/n for yes/no quite a while before the npc chat button came out.

Confirmed.
I've been using the y/n keys every time I use the the Orbis ship, but mainly used it for CPQ recently.

I'd like to say this has been possible since the start, but I can not confirm it that far.
A year? Most likely.[/COLOR]
