Dragons Breath Not KBing Properly
#1
Issue/Problem/Bug: Dragons Breath does not Knock back properly.

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: When using Dragons Breath on certain monsters, such as Papulatus, the monster does not get knocked back. This is totally unfair, seeing as Rush, Corkscrew, and Backspin Blow can knock back ANY monster 100%, unless it is stationary. There needs to be a little more balance by making Dragons Breath able to KB all monsters, or make the other skills unable to KB all monsters.

I believe the same issue happens with the NL's kb skill.

Never gonna happen, bro. Nexon hates Bowmen. I'm thankful they gave us a super KB skill at all. I don't mind ours is the one that got the short end of the stick. Just because it would be logical to make Bowmen's skills work like all the others doesn't mean a thing to Nexon.

Honestly, it's not even a problem. Bowmasters can KB nearly any boss with ease by using Hurricane. Marksman would benefit more from this, though they've been getting by just fine too. Your thread title isn't even correct. Dragon's Breath works properly and KBs just like intended. For whatever reason, they decided to make it not work on boss monsters. "Dragon's Breath does not super KB boss monsters" would be the correct way to say it.

Why does Slow work on bosses but Hamstring doesn't? Why do other skills super KB bosses but Dragon's Breath doesn't?

They hate Bowmen. Nexon agreed, don't bother them about it.

My theory is because you guys are already long-ranged and needing to super KB a boss is silly. As an Archer if you let a boss get close enough to hit you, you're doin' it wrong. Just take advantage of Puppet and your long-range.

Second point: If you are in a party, rendering puppet useless, ask the warrior with rush to help you survive.

If you can weak-kb the boss (only crits or something) it makes it really hard for someone to Rush >_> I guess if you can stop attacking to let them Rush...

I still wish Hamsting worked on bosses at least >_> it would make it a whole lot more useful, specially with bosses who would other wise tank right thru us (2nd form pap, angeo, bf...)

This is more like a complaint than a bug report, since there's not much reason to believe that DB was suppose to KB bosses. Heck, the description even says it's an arrow that's doing the pushing. You could have Nexon investigate it, but I don't think this will do anything good.

Yeah, this part of dragon's breath is intended and not a bug. There is a bug with dragon's breath though that causes monsters to launch extremely far, which I believe also happens with rush.

while we're making a wishlist can we also enlist Blind to be effective at bosses? Biggrin
