If you craft a Dark Angelic Blessing Ring using an Angelic Blessing Ring that's untradeable, is the Dark Angelic Blessing Ring untradeable too?

You don't use the regular ABR when crafting a DABR

The DABR is "Trade Disabled when Equipped".
