Can't access surveys

Has anyone else experienced this?
I login to the Nexon site and whenever I try to go to "Earn Free NX" it redirects me to "NX guide".
I can access "Purchase NX" (of course ) so I as least know that one aspect of the site is working.
Using Chrome btw if that helps

Nope. I just get redirected to "NX Guide"
