Hello,

We've noticed that some players are receiving 'offline' status message when they click PLAY button to play MapleStory. We're aware of this issue and our development team is looking into it.

Meanwhile, if you happen to come across 'offline' status message, please try following solutions:

1. You can try using the main Play button again after clearing cache and restarting your browser.

2. You can launch MapleStory by using the PLAY button on Global Navigation Tool on top of the website.

3. You can launch MapleStory from desktop by executing GameLauncher.exe file in MapleStory installation folder (default folder location is C:NexonMapleStory).
