We will be performing a scheduled game update on April 12, 2012 to update MapleStory to v.109 - Alliance Eternal. The maintenance will last approximately seven hours.

I'll admit, when I read "New Events: Evolving Belt II", I totally thought it said "Evolving Ring IV".

the heaviest reason why evolving belts was a failure was due to bad stats, and untradable. and Belts are an item that normally has room for potential, compared to its ring counterpart where there are an extremely limited amount of rings that can have potential on it, tier 1 at max as well.

do almost nothing for a belt! don't mind the fact that crafting and party questing can net you a much better/higher tiered one.
