Compare the translations given to the actual ones in the data. The ones in the data are incorrect french, they're literal translations from Google Translate, they're garbage. The forum post you linked to was a person attempting to correct it. Of course they're not going to implement those changes last minute in the data.

Neither in Nexon's notes or the extractions, Phantom skill names are fixed.

I agree with the French person that fixed a lot of errors. I demand a Mexican character now!

Setzer also is all about CHEATING at gambling, which is very much Thievery. Setzer was dice and slot machines mostly. I don't see it as fundamentally different than cards. Setzer's favorite game is Blackjack, which is why he named his airship Blackjack.

ofc the pirate revamp is going to come, even a GM said it on the nexon forums
just not on the day of phantom's debut

if you look at the FM you'll see people selling revamped Pirate skills, so the data is there, its definitely coming, probably during Azwan or after it

I know it is coming, even the skills are in the extraction already. But when?
It's kinda depressing seeing EVERY SINGLE job with revamped skills, doing insane damage with a ridiculous low range but pirates.

I am positive renegade coins can still be farmed. As far as I know with the phantom start quests they give you a exp potion as a reward which makes you level 18 before you leave crystal garden.
