Chaos'd 38 att VSS do not have +5 speed and jump.
I do not have the shoes off. Do you not understand that if I used the cake, had haste on, haste would be replaced but the icon still active.
I then click the cake buff so it's gone, VSS and whatever else adds speed/jump would take effect.

Speed and Jump are never red.
