Blaze vs Illusion against fire weak boss

Assuming I can't hit damage cap with either them(with or without Ewand/staff), which attack would have greater DPM?

I could tell you if you knew the cast speeds . I tried looking them up too but couldnt find them

900 ms and 660 ms base speed, respectively.

Illusion: 380%x4 with 20% def ignore at 660ms
Blaze: 420%x3 with 35% def ignore at 900ms
