Would CKs be the best option for pots?

Would they?
They start off with 10% each level, and which CK class would level crazily fast without real effort and requires little to no funding?

What do you mean they don't get level up pots? Are you referring to the 1 + 1 Event? If so, that's wholeheartedly false. I just made a Blaze wiz and got the 1+1. In fact, the potions that this new 1+1 creates are idfferent than the ones created in the Legends 1+1. I raised the BW using the potions from the Legends event and ended up getting 2 new potions from the Union 1+1. (The legends ones are titled 'Exp lvl70' and the new Union version is simply called 'Exp 70'. There are supposed to be one-of-a-kind items, but I was able to get the lvl 70 potion even though I had my existing legends lvl 70 potion in my inventory.) At any rate, I raised a CK mule with legends potions and received union potions.
