1% M.Att or 15% Ignore Def

I'm trying to be cheap with Nebulites and am sticking C ranks on all of my equips, but I can't decide which one would be most beneficial for me. I know 1% M.Att would increase my range a fair bit, but 15% Ignore Def could come in handy.
So I ask, which would the better choice; say for someone that bosses on a day-to-day basis.

1% is not that much >_> I mean.....if you have 300matk, that's still only +3 m.atk.
In my opinion I'd go for the ignore defense.

For bossing i'd go for the ignore defence. Unless you have a lot of that already.

I have closer to 500, but yeah I was kinda derping and not thinking about it like that.
Went for the 15% ignore.

I think 15% ignore def and 4% crit are the best weapon C-grade items, depending how much you already ignore...

I feel lucky to have gotten a 4% crit with my single free Alien Cube.
