Why take the risk of winning to only be told "hey you have to be california for a couple of months in order to sell this bad boy", or pay ridiculous shipping fees. If it was a Honda/Toyota I'd drive that home which was my point

I have to advertise it as "refurbished" because driving across the country is a considerable amount of miles, although 20 grand is a considerable amount of money but if I was planning on selling it, I'd sell that pomegranate new for double

You still have to pay taxes on a free car. Unless Nexon has specifically mentioned that they would pay them then no one should participate in this because you'll be getting screwed by them as usual. $20,000 car comes with $6,000 taxes. Enjoy your free car.
