Since I was a poorf`ag in kMS, I really hated potions. So all the builds I've posted were really made with kMS in mind. Not that it's much different. Whenever I'm PQing, I tend to have my HP drop in faster rates that I couldn't regenerate due to it only doing 1% of my HP as damage. Now that the nerf is here, I'm pretty sure it's not even worth putting more than 1 point into Vampiric Touch.

ah well, i'll still get 5 points into it just to use the book.

Unfortunately, I have to throw 15 SP into 4 of the 5 "Event Book" skills (I have no books for Obsidian Skin) to determine which one I need to get after I use my 20 and 30 mastery books I've saved up for this moment.
