Where's Rudolph?

The Rudolph quest is awesome.
It gives an easy trophy, *and* a Legend Coin, and is repeatable every 5 minutes!
Only question is: do they spawn everywhere? Or just certain areas?

So far I've found him at:
- Singing Mushroom Forest
- Kerning Square (yeti claw machines)
- Orbis Tower (First Floor)
- Temple of Time (Oblivion 4)

Where did you find that runaway?

First Stone Golems map
Blue Mushrooms area.
Kerning Square (CDs)

Omega Sector, last few Boswell maps. I prefer the yeti claw machines though, I can get buttons while waiting for him to spawn/my 5mins to cool down.

Speaking of buttons, I completed the quest but didn't get the trophy.
Do you need to repeat several times? How many?

I did it like 10 times, no trophy, also, each time = 1 'day'. I got the 'Incredible Chaos Scroll' after turning it in the 7th time.

No trophy? Dammit. Well, it will most likely get fixed or something...

Rudolph's appeared in every map I've trained in that isn't instanced. I'm assuming it can appear in every map but only in a particular map in a region.

Not wanting to double post but... Is the x1.5 exp coupon reward permanent, or they expire?

EDIT: Not only they don't expire... but they also stack in the same slot!

EDIT V2.0: By the way, can someone check if the trophy quest has a different starting date? It'd make sense, considering it's not technically "completeable" until next week.

I just saw 3 in one map.. o.o

It might be miscounting the "days" because it's not using the "standard" of a book that counts days and stuff.

It seems to spawn on multiple channels at the same time of these "maps of interest"

there were 2 spawned in the map with all 3 kinds of jr kitties in orbis.

I think that that's because everybody has caught on to how many coins you can get with this method. I have some friends who are using 3-5 characters at a time to literally constantly farm Rudolph for coins, I'd imagine, inadvertently hogging it for the rest of us, when you factor in the likely tens and hundreds of people also doing that. I'm personally waiting for the Dec 28th and Jan 1st quests for coin quests that I don't have to compete with the rest of the world for.

just train in maps where no one would think to train ever (like places where jesters or LHC would be "ZOMG BEST EXP EVERYWHERE ELSE SUCKS"). I've managed to find so many that the quest doesn't come back fast enough.

I always find some jumping around in the lava when I walk to zak.

And people say LHC is better.

I have been farming rudolphs since day 1 on two characters simultaneously. They do seem to spawn in every "normal" map, albeit not consistently. I have gone through periods of hours of grinding without seeing one spawn, whereas multiple spawn in some other map(s).

The masses caught on with this around 2 days ago and made my job somewhat irritating.

I think there's a limit to how many times you can do the quest because I'm not getting it anymore on my sair.
