No it IS illegal in germany, it's also an offense in Denmark, a member of a political party in denmark got into trouble because of it.

I'm pretty sure he was told something like "yo mang' wtp you doing?" during the indoor's meeting.

Anyway, they wouldn't do anything against him. It could lead to war and you don't wanna go to war against a country with 1.5 Billion ppl.

Wow, it took me forever to figure out what was going on. My mind is definitely not in the gutter today. When i saw the clip it just looked like he was holding his hand up in a sort of wave/greeting, not a hitler-esque salute.
