10 year old student shoots teacher and suicides right after it.

A ten years old student brought a gun to school, shot his teacher inside the classroom, and commited suicide this afternoon (September 22th) in São Caetano do Sul, São Paulo, Brazil. According to the police, both were taken to the hospital alive, but the student David Mota Nogueira died. The teacher, Rosileide Queiros de Oliveira, 38, was conscious when the authorities arrived.



The incident happened in the Alcina Dantas Feijão school, located in the Capivari street, at approximately 4 PM. At the moment David, student of the third grade, shot his teacher, there were 25 students in class. Police got into the school by 4:30 PM.



Authorities said that the boy got out of the classroom after firing the gun, and shot himself in the head. He was brought to Albert Sabin's Emergency Hospital, and then brought to another hospital in the town. He had two cardiac failures before getting to the first hospital. Classes were cancelled on this Thursday and Friday (23). According to people, he was considered a quiet student, with no previous incidents of violence.

The reason for this crime is still unknown.
