Also I forgot to add this in and just thought of it and much lol was had. Hime agrees that the Maple community is crappy with some good people here and there.

I think the KMS team being there is probably more of a big brother checking in kind of thing. NexonKR is saying "am disappoint" and coming in to whip nexonNA into shape. This should be great not only for the servers, but the future of NexonNA in general as they might point out some structural flaws in the way the company runs. Either way ANYONE coming to check out their stuff is bound to be making NA sweat a bit, considering the sheer number of problems taking place.

I kinda feel bad for -hime- sometimes.
We all hate on her for telling us random crap or barely telling us anything, but she doesn't know anything more than we do, really.
I wonder what her IGN is.

I have a screenshot from way back when during an Ola Ola Event and I think it's her. The IGN of the GM hosting was GMSHime.

Wow, Hime is definitely highly tolerant of people. Not being told anything by the dev team and then being harassed by Maplers on the website forums. She's got the patience of a monk in zen.

I'd love to ask some general questions like, "How are the working conditions and how many hours do you average a week?"

While I am at times critical and amused at the information -Hime- presents, no one deserves to put up with that amount of crap. Not to mention it isn't completely her fault, as she isn't the head of the company running the game and merely a spokesperson. She might've chosen the job, but it doesn't mean we're entitled to purposely make her life miserable. I've never actually thought of her as a punching bag, but when presented in that way, what she does is indeed quite admirable.

She's not a punching bag, she's a sandbag. Her job is to make sure the people behind her don't even know they're being shot at. She's not a community liaison, she's a community diverter. If nobody was willing to do her oh-so-noble job, maybe Nexon would actually have had to hear the community's concerns and give truthful replies.

About KMS team being there, I believe they'll stay for the whole week and fix glitches that GMS team can't. Well, I hope.

I think Nexon is handling himes position in a very stupid way - I don't understand why they need to keep everything so hushed.

Sometimes the lies are those the dev team feed her, sometimes it's just her complete ignorance of the game, and sometimes the lies are her own ("log a ticket and we will fix your problem", when there's no bleeping way she doesn't know tickets are hardly ever handled in anything resembling a timely manner, or resolved in a way that is satisfactory to the player).

what lies? I don't know about you but I've always been answered by the ticket system an not just auto message. Funny thing is you're the type of ass hole she was talking about.

Last info she left on the forums that their will be a dev blog coming up soon and look and behold a dev blog. Stop blowing things out of proportion. Yes, she may have been wrong about 3 or so things, but she has given info about certain things. Look at the sticky threads on the nexon forum that's her doing and going out of her way to help the community. She can easily ignore, but she choose to help out as much as she can.

Also about the log a ticket issue. What do you expect her to say? If she says she will deal with your issue personality will that not be favoritism? Why should she go out of her general area of information to try and solve a problem only the customer service team will know?

Also what problems do YOU really have in maple? Dont know how to change channels? Where is icarus kite located? How can i get mesos? O i know ht is glitched and you cant do it. When it is fix expect it be like zakum and then complain in a ticket most likely here about how nexon should do something about players own action. For example, holding the ch, not letting you not do ht when you have free time, lowering the value of htp, etc

Stop acting as if you or anyone who plays maple need to be babied by nexon. For my 4 years of playing maple i really have not have that many problems. Yea, got rollback o well. I cant log because of the "character is already login" guess i will be spending my free time doing something beside playing maple.

All the help you need to play maple is right in front of you use it. No one needs freaking help on maple unless they are hacked! Other issues i find to be small compared to being hacked. I bet people log a ticket about the most dumbest thing such as why is maple down during a sc? I think nexon should devote their customer service for those only who were hacked and throw out all the other categories.

I will admit the perfect attendance event was not designed correctly. i didn't receive maple points for the accounts i wasted 6 hours on, but i did it anyway knowing it would be a hit or miss with the event. I will not be complaining about the issue it is w/e to me i could care less.

After how Hime has treated me I have no sympathy whatsoever for her.
