Nexon's MapleStory Adventures has attracted more than 3 million registered players on Facebook, the company announced Monday. The privately-held firm recently reported a 59 percent revenue increase in its fiscal quarter ending March 31, a traditionally slow period for the company. Business-wise yes I guess, they are getting a good profit regardless of the condition of the game. But that's just because of Nexon's new strategy of letting the ingame economy burn to ashes so NX becomes an indispensable thing to play this game anymore. It is immoral, wretched and twisted yes, but it's giving them profit, although it wont last long.

I agree. I see friends and people leave this game for years and yet they always seem to come back down the road. Even if this game fails, Nexon will just make a Maplestory 2 and keep on fucking its player base. Greedy pricks.

This strategy won't last long, not Nexon. This is only my opinion to be honest, but I think if Nexon wanna keep making money out of this game eventually they will have to adopt another one or the game is gonna crumble. How much more do you think this game can keep falling before it hits the botton and blows up, the way it is right now?

Unfortunately... Most maplers DO complain about poor service, but they still keep buying 100k nx monthly.

Lucky bums, I'm having the hardest time reviving my interest in this game.(nostalgia's a hoar.) The longest i can manage to resume playing is like 2 weeks before something makes me say 'screw it'. Not just the economy either, I gave up on FM long ago... It's gotten so bad all my meso goes on is pots, and 60% scrolls, screw everything else.
