2. [Account Creation] Temporary Blocking of Aran, Dual Blade, and Evan Characters Creation

With the destruction brought by the Chaos, the Heroes are once again needed with a brand new strength to defend the Maple World!

In order to get prepared, we will be blocking the creation of new Aran, Dual Blade, and Evan characters from 17th August 2011 onwards after the Lion King Von Leon Patch.

This temporary blocking will not affect Aran, Dual Blade, and Evan class created before 17th August 2011.

Knew this long ago.

3. [Master Monster] New Master Monsters!

• The Master Monsters are new boss monsters.
• Each has new quests associated with it.
• The quests to fight the Snow Witch begin at level 57 with Scadur’s Advice (El Nath)
• The quests to fight the Bamboo Warrior begin at level 100 with Shadow Ghost of the Herb Field (Herb Town)
• The quests to fight Richie begin at level 135 with Attack of the Zombies (El Nath)
• When defeating a Master Monster in a party will receive bonus EXP! 30% extra EXP for each additional party member up to a max of 150% extra EXP for parties of six.


4. [System Event] Fairy Pedant Event (Event Period: 17/08/2011 – 31/08/2011)

In celebration of the born of the new alliance between Explorer and Cynus, Queen Cygnus will be rewarding all Maplers by bestowing Fairy Pendants once again before the arrival of Chaos!
Talk to NPC Cassandra to find out more! For characters level 13 and above.

5. [System Event] Crayon Event – Portrait of a Popular Monster (Event Period: 17/08/2011 – 31/08/2011)
Collect crayon of different color to complete the Rainbow Drawing! Remember, you can collect only one color per day.

Talk to NPC Cassandra to find out more! For characters level 13 and above.

Missed out one day and short of 1 color crayon? Not to worry! Gaga will give you the crayon of color that you want at the end of the event!

6. [System Event] La Tomatina Party Quest and Exchange Event! (Event Period: 17/08/2011 – 14/09/2011)

Giant Tomato on the loose in all towns!

Collect Strange baby tomato dropped by Giant Tomato that will appear in all towns randomly and find NPC Charles to exchange for special tomato related items!

Look for NPC Charles and Ben in Event Map! Complete 2 of Ben’s requests in a party of 3 to be able to activate the special exchange quest by Charles!

Ben’s requests are very tricky~~so stay alert! For characters level 12 and above.

Giant Tomato event? Not sure how it works, we Singaporeans/Malaysians don't celebrate it anyway. Copy pasta from EMS I guess.

3. Elemental Wands and Staffs bonus attributes restored when using elemental attacks at reduced rate before Big Bang.

4. Change in Expedition Time Limit on Horntail and Zakum
Zakum Expedition : 50 minutes
Horntail Expedition : 1 hour 15 minutes

5. Improved Item drops from Expedition Bosses!
Various new rewards are added to Zakum, Chaos Zakum, Horntail, Chaos Horntail and Pink Bean Expedition!

6. Lie Detector Test Enhancement
Purchasing Price reduction to 1,000 meso
Rewarding amount is the same as purchasing price when successfully used on a botter
Repeatedly failed Lie Detector Test at an abnormal rate will result in permanent suspension

7. 50 fames requirement to:
• Exit Leafre Town
• Transformation into dragon to Time Temple
• Enter level 68 and above mini dungeons
• Exit Kampung Village right portal to higher level maps
• Enter Entrance to Ulu City from suburban Area 2
• Enter Ninja Castle Hallway from Inside Ninja Castle
• Enter Parking Lot from Near the Hideout
• Enter dungeon maps from Path of Time
• Enter Bigger Ben Lobby from New Leaf City (clock portal)

8. Minimum of level 15 to enter Free Market Entrance

Got LD-ed in KMS, passed the first time I got it and failed like 10 times after that, I got banned 3 year for that sh!t until 2014(when everyone else get a 30 days ban for failing LD).

Because we have people quickly leveling many characters that use areas like those, without getting much/any fame on the chars.

MSEA implemented a 30 fames requirement to get in MD since last patch, and we found tons of botters walking in and out from the MD, all having 30 fames. Legits will probably suffer the most, most players nowadays don't really care about their fame anyway, maybe until the infamous Chaos patch.

The Cloud Robe will be very useful for my other characters, and possibly even my Bowmaster since my overall is scrolled with 100%.

Legits will probably suffer the most, most players nowadays don't really care about their fame anyway, maybe until the infamous Chaos patch.

-x^2 function that requires more fame the lower level you are would work like a charm in this case.
too out of practice to write the equation, but it would look something like
f(x)=90+(-x+required level^2) where x is required fame

But the tomatina event is GREAT, collect a lot of leaves from stumps and then that+ the event = a ton of 25 attack potions.

There are others, but these two are the only ones worth mentioning, the m.att ones are from bubbling etc drops and the att ones are from leaves.

Ooh, 200~300 is not a great number though...I got a few hundreds of Powerup Drinks and tons of chicken soup which adds 30/25 wa from the Alien catching event last year.
