When it spawns, iirc the time resets. Not when the old timer ends.
So, let's say it spawned @ 4:30 EST once I killed a mob to make room for kaccachi. It's timer ended for it to spawn @ 4:11 EST. I killed it @ 4:33 EST. Next time it will spawn is 4:30 EST.

If this was the case, most spawned mob maps would only be full on those times. It would start to become quite obvious when it spawns for everyone, and it would be a ks fest. Mushmom boss campers, anyone?

I remember that, but I've also seen shadowers get centipede spawns down pat. I used to wait in a channel, and a shad would come in, and would promptly spawn when he got in, and followed like this through all the channels(I later started following him and his 1HKOs). It was insane, but he knew spawn times like the back of his hand.

Centipede is an area boss and thus has an exact timer (45 minutes, shorter after chaos). I was able to do it with fox, chimera, eliza, king clang, etc...in general I think all bosses with the blue notices have an exact timer. However, bosses like Pianus, Mushmom, ZMM, BMM, etc. all have a variation to their times.

Unless they moved NPC-Pia from Henesys to somewhere else, she/it is missing I think. Tried to turn in a quest and couldn't find the fluffball anywhere in town.

to be fair, they can only loot one, so you can simply wait until the second respawns and loot it, as the hacker is incapable.

Ye, but the friggin monster only spawns every few hours, and I did not think you could see the regular monster cards others get as drops. They should have made it a boss card at least, since D.Roy is.
