It doesn't look much like a claw to me. It's spiked, more like a knuckle would be rather than a claw which is usually more like an overly decorated glove. Besides, I think a dagger would better represent the thief class as it is more easily recognizable than a claw.

I think this whole thing is going to end up overhyped and overrated.
IMO, fix basic class errors first. Marksmen can't be used correctly right now, Nexon!

More content means more interest though. The way they see it is probably that a brand new area will keep the majority more content over the very few Marksmen getting fixed.
In other words, Marksmen get pomegranate on while everyone else has fun.

The DC bug was asked about, and they said they'll look into it. That means they have no idea how to fix it.

Not necessarily. They might surprise us. They've been trying lately. :/

It's a damn shame that mediocrity is Nexon's finest effort..

Trying to what? Make crappy CS sales? I realize glitches can be missed, but the glitches that exist right now are pretty glaringly obvious. Do they even listen in to people in Tespia?

Stepping up their game how? Added content isn't exactly stepping up their game if you ask me. Fixing glitches will make things easier for the community first. They shouldn't be adding more content and neglecting everything else that is broken in the game.

Like I said, that's all just added content. Look at the glitches that came with most of them too. Fix what's broken first, then add content. They tend to overwhelm themselves with glitches and a few glaring ones don't get fixed. It's aggravating to the community that plays those classes.

4th job still doesnt work right for some of us. its ben what 6 months and still its broken. masteria, its been a year since they last gave us something there, and personally id rather they fix my class before adding more masteria, i wouldnt mind waiting 6 more months for more masteria if it means i can play my archer like i should.
let me try to explain how it is.
bishops & mages: imagine every time you do 2 ultimates you dc.
NL: every time you punch press esc, up, enter.
warriors: stop using berserk, blast, and brandish and go back to old attacks.
bandits: imagine that 4th monster that you hit with that new attack of yours glitches the game and dc you.
thats what it is like to be a marksman.

Odin is far from dead. The german Devs stopped, but Odin Source is alive and well. But do tell me, how did pServers impact you at all? Nexon looses more money to Hackers/patching Hacks than pServers. All shutting down the Odin site did was piss off thousands of users more than they already were.
Oh, as the previous post reminded me, Private Server Hackers are not rare. Keeping pServers running helps lessen the Hacker-Population in the real game.

You're neglecting windowed mode, which is ORIGINAL content designed specifically for us. The bug patches lately, the additional communication, masteria teasers, hackers are gone (are they? i have no clue since i can't get on, but i haven't heard of any outbreak), all of the amazing content we've gotten (you might not see it as hard work, but it is), etc.

I'm one of the people who thinks that ALL BUGS/GLITCHES should be fixed before any new content is added to the game.
Can't fix a bug/glitch? Don't add new content.

I'm neglecting one original content upgrade. Whoopie.
Hackers are far from gone, go camp out at Ghost Pirates for a little bit. The amazing content is far from amazing for most of us. Showa is dead already, Armory is ruined. New Masteria content? It's been how long since we got it and all we have to show for it is Spiders and V/H's. Window mode, while very nice, is hardly a necessity that we need. Guild Alliance being additional communication is meh, just more guild slots which equates to more DRAMA.

Sure there are things Nexon can still improve on, but they are improving, and that's important. They are actually admitting to mistakes and in some cases providing compensation (although the guild hack compensation was bs -_-).
How long have we been razzing on Nexon for sweeping all their mistakes under a rug? They started at such a horrible level of customer service, but now at least they are making the effort to improve. Of course it'll take some time. Maybe they are really slow at improving, but I'm happy to see any improvement and signs of effort. You should know by now that you can't please everybody.
What would make you happy might not be what makes others happy. They can only do so much at once, and they could be doing things that aren't ready to release yet or maybe not ready to be released anytime soon. And since they aren't ready, it seems like they aren't doing anything at all.
And yes, Masteria was released so very long ago, but they created it for us. Expansions are coming, but I'm sure it takes a lot of time. We have no idea how long they were working on Masteria before it was released. How long ago did Cody ask about a theme park? YEARS ago and we still haven't seen it.
Maybe since you are in Khaini so it doesn't affect you as much, but I'm very grateful that they released zakum on 3 channels (4 for scania) as well as adding the timer. I wish it had been done months earlier, but maybe it took time to code and get permission or whatever red tape you need to cut for a game. Months of harrassment and headache just trying to zak. Now we don't have that issue anymore.
I'm not saying Nexon is perfect or even close to it (I complain about them a lot too and think they make horrible moves too), but they are trying. There's nothing we can do about who runs Maplestory, so we're pretty much stuck with them. Might as well make the best of it. And they are having the Q&A with Prose again (as was the original intent of this thread), so yes they are stepping up their customer service. What else can you call a Q&A session?
It'd be nice to keep this to discussion of the answers, but I've said my thoughts and you might want to respond.
On-topic: I'm really excited that he answered the question about the Ribgol and a possible bw/axe equivalent. I tried to ask about that last time and I was blithely ignored. I'm glad that they're thinking about us.
Now if only they would reconsider arch mages and their problems. :\
